Yesterday, the important meeting that took place at the Palácio de São Bento between the Portuguese Prime Minister, António Costa, and several mayors of the municipalities involved in the project for the new airport of Montijo was news.

From this meeting, according to Rádio Renascença, “the presidents of the Moita and Seixal Chambers, the communists Rui Garcia and Joaquim Santos, reiterated (…) the position against the construction project for the Montijo airport, but said they were available for dialogue with the Government. ”
